--To promote and foster the fellowship of Christian drummers in that unity which is shared by those who are born again by the Spirit of God.

Many Christian organizations are tied to a particular denomination but this is not true of Christian Drummers Association. Across the denominational barrier there is a real unity brought about by a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ, and the entry of the Holy Spirit. Christian Drummers Association aims to promote and foster this fellowship.

--To demonstrate this relationship to God in a concern for Christian drummers of all levels.

Christian Drummers Association aims to teach and encourage drummers of all levels, in a Christian environment.

--To obey Christ in proclaiming His Gospel, through music ministry, so that people might be brought to know Him personally.

Through Christian Drummers Association, Christian drummers will be encouraged to participate in music ministry with the aim of glorifying the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. This can be achieved through our witness to the local church and other activities involving Christian and non-Christian people.

--To meet together.

Christian Drummers Association puts high value in promoting fellowship, and that means meeting together.  By meeting together it will be possible to learn together, share needs, give encouragement and pray together with understanding.

Association meetings will be scheduled on a regular basis and will provide the opportunity to meet other Christian drummers who might not otherwise be met. Meetings will also be held through regular drum clinics and other activities conducted by American and International artists at an affordable price.

The Christian Drummers Association originated in Australia, with a handful of Christian mates who understood the importance of sharing fellowship.  They made a commitment to God and to each other to create an environment where both beginner and professional could meet to teach and learn with one another, to encourage and pray for each other, and to just have fun,  without intimidation or condescension.  Within four short years, they had been blessed with several hundred members, and were recognized as an honorable and beneficial organization.  Due to their internet website, international interest began to arise, including inquiries from USA, Canada,  Hong-Kong, Taiwan, and South America.

Due to a large amount of interest from the United States, plans were initiated to establish the USA branch of CDA.  While this branch is still undergoing  development, we have seen very promising signs.  In our first year, CDA USA was contacted by almost 100 people seeking to join.  CDA was blessed with its first corporate sponsors, to whom we are truly thankful.  We are committed to continuing the vision of our Australian brethren.  We are confident that God has looked upon us favorably and will continue to be a part of the good work that has been thus far.

Thank you all for your support, and God bless you.
